Labor Day

Thinking of all of you, wishing everyone enjoyed a nice Labor Day weekend.

The weather turned chilly today. No more than 70 degrees inland, 65 on the coast.

Today I was lucky enough to connect with all of my true local friends, and consequently the world seems like a better place. I've been encouraged to understand how long a transition like this takes, and that, from the sound of it, I'm somewhat ahead of the course. Thank you, friends.

Without much to report, enjoy this song from my past, which rode me home--some good radio out here. And I hope you like the photo. I love neon signs. Getting to see this sign and have the ability to take a picture, well in some ways it makes me feel like I'm in the right place.
